Shannon, his wife Heather, and Rory have a parallel story all their own. You have just read about Shannon's and Rory's boyhoods. You may also recall that Shannon is married to a Scots woman named heather, whom you met originally in the Old Stories.
To follow along with this involved tale of mischief, love, heartbreak, death and redemption.. isn't it all about redemption? let me offer you a synopsis of these three people's lives. Bear in mind that this is the whole story, so if you prefer to find out what happened to everyone through the series of stories, skip this post!
The next three posts will be brief biographies of Shannon O'Neill, Heather of Ayr, and Rory McGuinness. After those, and once I figure out where to start with them, I will start posting the stories that are about these three but not yet published among the New Stories here on this blog.
