- HAPPENED - Elements in the novel.
- CUT - Story and storyline cut or altered.
- DIDN'T HAPPEN - Stories never intended to be in the novel.
- OUTTAKES - Old stories that were cut from the novel's thuktun (i.e. they didn't happen and could never have happened.)
- JUST FOR FUN -Totally off the wall.
